How updates are handled
When a factual correction is made, the article is updated with a revised last-reviewed date. For significant corrections, we may add an editorial note at the end of the article noting that a correction was made.
We distinguish between routine content updates (refreshing outdated information as part of a periodic review) and corrections (fixing something that was incorrect). Both types of changes are tracked via the article's updated and last-reviewed dates.
Placeholder sources
Some source links on this site are currently marked as placeholders pending verification. These are clearly labelled as such and will be replaced with verified URLs before the relevant content is considered final. If you are aware of a specific official source that should fill a placeholder, you can let us know via the editorial contact email above.
